栽培沙打旺与野生沙打旺的核型分析

摘    要:本文对栽培沙打旺和野生沙打旺进行了核型分析,结果表明两者除染色体数目相同外(2n=16),在核型组成上存在着明显的差异:1.栽培沙打旺属于大染色体,野生沙打旺属小染色体;2.最长与最短染色体之比以及平均臂比前者均高于后者,核型类别,栽培沙打旺为2A,野生沙打旺为1A;3.栽培沙打旺有一对C型随体,野生沙打旺有α对C型随体.本实验从染色体水平这一方面提供了两者亲缘关系较远的细胞学依据.

Abstract:The karyotype analyses of CEM and WEM had results as follows: The chromosomes number of CEM is same as that of WEM, but they have great diffrence in karyotype structure.(1) CEM belongs big chromosome, WEM belongs samll one.(2) Both the rotio of CEM are greater than those of WEM. The karyotype type of CEM is 2A, and the karyotype type of WEM is 1A.(3) CEM has a pair of C-satellite, WEM has two pairs of C-satellite. All these expressed from cell level that CEM had far parental relationship with WEM.
