论开发区与城市在空间上的协调发展：以陕西省为例

开发区建设与城市发展有着十分密切的关系.从城市功能的角度来看,开发区是城市的延伸和提高;从地域空间来看,开发共则是对城市的扩大和再开发.本文以陕西省为例.从实证的角度对开发区在城市的选址、规模和用地构成、开发时序的确定进行了分析.并就开发区与城市在空间上的协调发展提出政策建议.
