| 摘 要： | 分析了个体私营企业运营环境现状，并结合国际贯例，提出了应在税收优惠，财政补贴贷款援助，直接融资方面深化改革，并应进一步提高个体私营业主的现代市场经济理论知识，大力促进个体私营企业的健康发展。

| Abstract: | In view of the existing operation enviroment of individual enterprises(mainly finance and banking),we put forward that such fields as favorable tax,financial compensation,loan assitance and direct finance should be deeply reformed.We should let individual operators raise their levels of modern market economic theories and make great efforts to promote the individual operation development healthily and orderly. |
