| Abstract: | The influences of the H-Q characteristic curves of industrial centrifugal pumps on the rotating stability, characteristics and applicable fields are studied. A stable rotating criterion of pumps with hump shape curve is proposed. It is pointed out that the shape and the size of the pump and the vane wheel will give rise to the H-Q curve presented in a hump shape. The conclusions are practically useful in the design, manufacture and application of the centrifugal pumps. |
