聚磁参数对电磁泵磁场强度的影响

摘    要:直流电磁泵体流槽内部充满导电金属液体,在流槽的左右两侧安装的是直流电磁铁的磁极,两磁极之间形成一个具有一定磁感应强度的磁隙.直流电磁泵的工作参数是电磁铁磁隙间的磁感应强度和流过液态金属的电流密度,电磁泵的流量与磁隙磁感应强度曰的开方根成正比.为此合理的电磁铁结构设计对提高电磁泵的压头和流量有十分重要的意义.本研究对聚磁效应与聚磁头几何参数的关系作进一步研究,寻求聚磁效果与聚磁头几何参数间的规律,为电磁铁的设计提供新的参考依据.

Abstract:Flow channel of eelectromagnetic pump is internally filled with conductive metal liquid. The magnetic pole of direct current electromagnet is installed in two sides, and forms a magnetic crack that has magnetic strength between two magnetic poles. The working parameters of the direct current magnetic pump are the magnetic strength between electromagnetic cracks and the current density that flows out liquid metal, and the flow rate of eelectromagnetic pump becomes direct ratio with the extract root of crack magnetic strength B, so it is very important for improving pressure head and flow rate to reasonably design electromagnetice structure. The paper studies the relation between assembled magnetic effect with assembled magnetic head geometry parameter further, seeks the regularity of assembled magnetic effect and assembled magnetic head geometry parameter,and offers new reference for designing electromagnetism.
