| Abstract: | The paper removes the ata＇active veils from Frost＇s poems to expose the resa＇ained grief beneath by analyzing two of the poet＇s works, After Apple Picking and Stopping by Woods on a Snowy Evening. Meanwhile, it is analyzed that the moderns＇ living condition and their choices about how to live when facing the imperfect world. All the consideration in Frost＇s poems about life and man is important to moderns struggling between dream and reality. |
