金属矿采空区精密探测与三维建模技术

摘    要:传统的金属矿采空区探测方法只能开展对空区的二维探测,难以准确获取采空区三维空间形态、实际边界和体积大小,运用CMS空区精密探测系统及Surpac等数字化软件工具,在对柿竹园多金属矿的采空区进行现场探测的基础上,用探测数据建立采空区的可视化三维模型,获得采空区的三维空间形态、空间位置、实际边界,精确计算出采空区的体积和顶板面积,实现对采空区的三维精密探测,为矿山实施对空区的安全管理和控制、进行空区周边矿柱资源的有效回收提供参考.图6,表3,参10.

Abstract:The traditional metal mine's mined-area survey methods only obtain the planar information of cavity and hardly to get the cavities' 3D shape,actual boundary and volume precisely,the Cavity Monitoring System(CMS) and software Surpac were used to survey the mined-areas of Shizhuyuan multi-metal mine,the gob areas' 3D visual models was built,the 3D shapes,spatial position and the actual boundary of the mined-area exactly were obtained,the mined-areas' volume and roof area precisely were calculated,the metal mine's mined-areas was surveyed precisely and successfully,which provided reference for the cavities safety management and the pillar reclaiming of Shizhuyuan multi-metal mine. 6figs.,3tabs.,10refs.
