高校教师参加体育锻炼现状及年龄段特征分析

采用文献资料、问卷调查和数理统计等方法,对高校教师参加体育锻炼现状及年龄段特征进行研究。结果表明：高校教师体育锻炼参加率和体育人口比例偏低,制约因素主要表现为太忙没有时间、缺乏场地器材、没有体育锻炼习惯、缺乏组织指导和没毅力怕吃苦等;高校教师参加体育锻炼的项目以散步、篮球、乒乓球、羽毛球和长跑为主,形式主要是与朋友一道、单独活动和与家庭成员一起,地点多在学校的体育场馆、马路和空地,时间段大多在傍晚;高校教师参加锻炼的主要动机、项目、形式、地点和时间段以及部分制约因素的人数比例在各年龄段上呈较为明显的特征。从宣传教育、组织指导、经费投入、场馆开放、开展活动和教师主动等方面为促成高校教师参加体育锻炼提出建设性意见。

The Analysis on Current Situation and Stages Figures of Different Age of the College Teachers Taking Part in Physical Exercise

The paper focuses on studying the situation of the teachers participating in physical exercise and the characteristic of the different age groups by the methods of document data,questionnaire and statistics. It results that the rate of college teachers who participating in physical exercise is low because they are too busy to share the exercise time;the shortage of space or equipment is a common excuse;Teachers still don＇t fall into the habit of exercise and lack Of organization, even they are afraid to suffer the hardship and can＇t keep on it. The exercise projects of the teachers giving first place are taking a walk, basketball, table tennis ball, badminton and a long-distance running. The forms mainly include that they are coming with friends,with family members or alone. The exercise places and time are mainly in stadium,road and open space in school and in the evening. It shows obvious fig- ures in the aim, project, form, place, time and the number in different age group of the college teachers who take part in physical exercise. This paper gives the constructive suggestions on how to promote the college teachers to take part in the physical exercise from many aspects, such as education,organization, fund, stadium, space,activities,and initiation of teachers and so on.
