| 摘 要： | 通过对企业物流管理现状的分析,揭示了企业内部物流管理中的薄弱环节,在深入分析的基础上,提出了加强企业物流管理的对策,通过对企业物流各个环节的改善、控制和管理,充分发挥企业物“流第三利润源泉”的盈利作用,通过加强企业物流管理,提高企业的管理水平。
