| 摘 要： | 随着中央中部崛起战略的提出，湖南旅游业将有一个快速发展的过程，对旅游人才的规格也提出了更高的要求，湖南旅游高等教育还不适应旅游业快速发展，在分析湖南旅游高等教育的层次结构、分布结构、专业方向和实践模式的基础上，优化湖南旅游高等教育的对策.

| Abstract: | Tourism of Hunan will have a rapid development after the strategy of the growth of central China being put forward. At the same time, there is a higher requirement for talent norms. But the higher education of tourism of Hunan is unable to meet the needs of the rapid development of tourist industry. Based on analyzing the level structure, the distribution structure, the major direction and the practicing pattern of the higher education of tourism,it proposes a strategy on how to optimize the higher education of tourism in Hunan Province. |
