| 摘 要： | 本文以海南省洋浦办公自动化（YP-OA）为背景，提出了一种塔形结构的决策支持系统模型．通过面向战略决策层决策问题的实例分析与论证，该模型能较好地适应办公自动化中出现的半结构化和非结构化信息的处理问题．

| Abstract: | In this paper,a tower-construction decision support system (DSS)model for governmental office affairs is proposed based on office automation in Yangpu, Hainan Province. By analyzing and demonstrating the examples of decision-making problems faced by strategic decision makers, It is shown that the model is suitable for processing the half-construction and non construction information in office automation. What the author has done in this study has significance for the futher development and research of decision sup-port systems for office automation. |
