SiC颗粒增强铝合金基复合材料的研究

摘    要:本文对采用粉末冶金法制备的SiC颗粒增强铝合金基复合材料进行了显微组织分析和初步力学性能测试。结果表明,用粉末冶金法制备的复合材料,组织致密,颗粒分布均匀。与相应的基体材料相比,复合材料的弹性模量、硬度显著提高。SiC颗粒加入对基体材料抗拉强度及应力应变行为的影响则取决于基体的性能及基体与颗粒表面的结合力。

Abstract:Composites made with Al-Cu-Mg and Al-Mg-Si Alloys and SiC particales were prepared by powder metallurgy folio wed by squeeze casting. The microstructures and Mechanical properties of the metal matrix composites (MMC) Were studied. It is Shown that the SiC particles appreciably improve elestic modulus, hardness of the matrix alloy. The effecfs of SiC particles on the tensile strength and strain-stress behavior of the matrix depend on the properties of the matrix and the bonding strength between matrsx and particles.
