鳗鱼和烤鳗中六六六,DDT残留量的气相色谱分析

摘    要:本文用 HP5890气相色谱仪连电子捕获检测器,在Φ3mm×2m 涂以10%OV-17的色谱柱上分离测定了鳗鱼和烤鳗中六六六和 DDT 的残留量.12批样品的测定结果,检出率100%,六六六和 DDT 的总含量均小于0.1PPM.与文献报道的波兰、美国和意大利等某些水域的鳗鱼比较,污染程度要轻得多。

Abstract:Remains of the eight isomers of hexachlorocyclohexane(BHC)and DDT in raw eels and roasted eels were determined by GC-ECD.The determination conditions were:10% OV-17 coloumn(Φ3mmx2m,Stainless steel);flow 80ml/min N_2;column temerature 200℃ with single ramp temperature program;injection port temperature 240℃;electron capture detetor temperature 270℃.It has been found that the detection rates of both pesticides in 5 groups of raw eel samples and 7 groups of roast eel samples are 100%,but the detected amount Of either one in all of samples is lower than 0.1 ppm.
