| Abstract: | This paper analyzes on the present situation of the economic function of our country's local governments, discusses on the urgency of the transformation of local governments' economic function, and points out the positioning of local governments' economic function, which include cultivating the market, covering the shortages of the market, strengthening and improving the macroscopic control in the economic operation, and establishing and perfecting the social security system, etc. |
