氨基酸对映体拆分的研究进展

摘    要:本文综述色谱法,毛细管电泳法和萃取法在分离氨基酸对映体方面的有关最新研究成果,讨论各种拆分方法的原理和影响因素。

Abstract:Not only in the domain of medication,food and hygiene but for the research of polypeptide and asymmetric synthesis,the resolution of the enantiomer of amino acids is of important. Preferential crystallization process was used for enantionmer. Crystallization process, enzymatic method, chromatography(including liquid cromatogram, gaseous cromatogram, thin layer cromatogram, cromatogram, coordination cromatogram, ion exchange cromatogram.) capillary electrophoresis method and extration were also used for enantiomer. The reaserch and application of all these methods accelerate the development of chiral compounds. This paper summarized the research achievement of chromatography, capillary electrophoresis method and extraction method in this field,up to date. Also discussed the principle and the influence factor of each method.
