| Abstract: | Teachers are the core resources for local universities to strengthen soft capacity, while the management of motivation is particularly important for the local universities to construct their teachers＇ teams. However, according to the cognitive and practical misunderstandings existed, the management of motivation for teachers in local universities should be improved impatiently. |
