| 摘 要： | 利用GC/MS法分离检测荆防散、单味药荆芥和防风的活性挥发油成分,采用交互移动窗口因子分析法(AMWFA)对药对与单味药活性挥发油成分的共有组分进行解析、定性,采用总体积积分法定量.研究结果表明:荆芥、防风和荆防散鉴定的化合物数目分别为36,29和42个,定性组分含量分别占荆芥、防风和荆防散挥发油总含量的81.80%,82.62%和85.98%;荆防散与荆芥、防风的共有活性组分分别为22和14个;荆防散的挥发油成分主要来自荆芥.
