虚拟超声检测系统应用研究

摘    要:应用虚拟仪器技术、超声检测技术、电子技术等研制了超声检测卡,基于LabWindows/CVI的高层用户界面,在WinDriver生成板卡驱动作用下,构成虚拟超声检测系统.实现了超声检测的数字化、图像化和自动化,并在机车轴承检测过程中得以验证.

Abstract:A type of virtual ultrasonic-testing instrument is designed by ultrasonic testing card and top-level user interface based on the LabWindows/CVI.It is driven by the driver generated by WinDirver.The virtual ultrasonic-testing instrument used technologies of virtual instrument,ultrasonic-testing,electronics etc.It achieved ultrasonic testing of digitization,visualization,automatization,and be verified in the locomotive bearing detection process.
