摘    要:传统方式下水温调节主要依靠手动机械式混水阀,操作不便,误差大。本设计采用键盘输入设定温度,通过DS18B20温度传感器测量当前出水温度,将这两温度在单片机程序中比对以控制步进电机带动混水阀的转向及转角,直到传感器测量到出水温度等于预先设定温度后,电机停止转动从而得到所需水温。

Abstract:Traditional way of mechanical mix water valve, water temperature regulation mainly rely on manual operation inconvenience, great error. This design USES the keyboard set temperature, through DS18B20 temperature sensor to measure the current water temperature, the two temperature than in the program of single-chip microcomputer to control stepping motor drives the mix water valve of shift and rotation, until the sensor to measure the water temperature is equal to the preset temperature, the motor stop running to get the required water temperature view of research and practice, put forward the corresponding reform experience of teching.
