电能表自动化检定压接过程动力学仿真分析

摘    要:分析了电能表自动化检测中自动压接过程的运动状态,采用ADAMS软件对压接过程进行仿真,研究了检测装置内置弹簧的刚度系数、弹簧的预载对电能表与端子间接触力的影响;研究了压接速度对接触力大小的影响。仿真结果表明:内置弹簧的刚度系数越大,电能表与压接端子接触力越大;弹簧预载越大,接触力越大,二者皆与接触力呈线性关系。本文详细研究了检测装置内置弹簧对接触力的影响,为进一步改进电能表检测装置提供了重要的参考依据。

Abstract:Based on compression joint reliability in the electricity meter tests,the stiffness,preload of spring which i~ embeded in the test equipment were researched using admas software and the influence between compression speed and compression force were investigated.The simulation results showed the compression force is linear with stiffness coefficient and preload of embeded spring. It is effect to add spring stiffness to improve compression joint reliability.This simulation can be applied in the improment of the smart electricity meter test equipments.
