| 摘 要： | 生姜中含有多种具抗菌作用的内生细菌，其中也有对“超级细菌”耐甲氧西林金色葡萄球菌（Mcthicillin—resistant Staphylococ-otisaureus，MUSA）有拮抗作用的菌株。从生姜中分离纯化得到20株内生细菌，并采用牛津杯法进行抗MRSA菌株筛选。结果表明，通过初筛得到8株对MRSA有较强拮抗作用的菌株，复筛得到2株拮抗作用显著的菌株，其发酵产物对MRSA的相对抑菌率分别达到了79．17％和93．75％，有开发潜力。

| Abstract: | Ginger contains a variety of antibacterial effect of endophytic bacteria,which also has right＂superbugs＂methicillin--resistant Staphylococcus aureus （MRSA） strains have antagonistic effects. Tweenty endophytic bacteria were isolated from Ginger and purified. Anti-MRSA endophytics strains were screened by the Oxford cup method.The results show that by screening get eight pairs of strong antagonistic MRSA strains rescreening get two antagonistic strains significantly, and its fermentation products against MtISA relative inhibitory rate reached 79.17% and 93.75%,with development potential. |
