基于可拓理论面向大规模定制的模块配置识别法

摘    要:分析大规模定制模式下产品设计的研究现状,针对模块化设计理论难以在工程中实现的问题,在基于物元模型的产品可拓模块化设计的基础上,提出用功能物元系统描述模块.在模块配置环节引入可拓评价方法,应用此法从主功能特征相同或相似的多个模块中识别出与期望物元最接近的模块物元,提高了模块配置和变型设计的效率,从而缩短了大规模定制的设计周期,使模块化设计更能适应大规模定制.

Abstract:The current research situation of product design by means of large-scale customization model was analysed.Aimed at the difficulty in engineering implementation of the modular design theory and on the basis of the matter element model and the extendible modular design with extensibility approach,the models were described with functional matter element system and the extensibility evaluation method was introduced at the point of modular configuration.This approach helped recognize the modular matter element most closed to the expected matter element from among a number of models with the same or similar major functional characteristics.As a result,this improved the efficiency of modular configuration and variant design,shortened the design cycle of large-scale customization and made the modular design better adaptable to large-scale customization.
