光纤连接器用氧化锆陶瓷插针

摘    要:陶瓷插针是制作光纤连接器的关键器件 ,其市场需求正随着波分复用技术 (WDM )的广泛应用而不断地扩大 .为了获得高质量的陶瓷烧结体 ,采用部分稳定氧化锆 (PSZ)作为插针材料 .由于插针的尺寸精度要求极高 ,故成型及加工工艺复杂 ,本文介绍了陶瓷插针的材料制备工艺、加工工艺、市场前景和应用情况 .

Abstract:Ceramic ferrule is a key part for manufacturing optical fiber connectors . Its demand is steadily increasing with the development of WDM technology . Partially stabilized zirconia has been used as the ferrule material in order to acquire sintering body with high performance . The key skills to form and process the ferrule are very complicated due to high precision requirements .The preparation and processing technologies, Applications as well as market prospect of ceramic ferrnle are introduced this paper.
