| 摘 要： | 针对IFT分水岭变换在医学图像分割方面易产生过分割的问题,提出了在IFT分水岭变换前后分别进行预处理和后处理的方法.预处理算法由图像简化和简化后的求梯度图像两个部分组成,后处理主要是区域合并.实验结果表明:该方法不但有效地抑制了过分割现象而且得到了较好的分割效果.

| Abstract: | Due to the oversegment problem resulted from IFT watershed transform in the aspect of medical image segmentation,pre-processing and post-processing respectively before and after IFT watershed transform are discussed in the paper.The pre-processing algorithm is made of image simplification and image morphologic gradient.The post-processing is mainly region merging.Experiment results show that the method can not only prevent the phenomenon of over-segmentation but also acquire better effect of segmentation. |
