摘    要:为实现对高速香烟卷接机组故障的快速高效诊断,针对其故障知识的复杂特性,研究了RBR,CBR,ANN等推理算法的特点,提出利用树型结构进行故障分类,利用串行混合推理进行故障定位,采用RBR,CBR和ANN相结合进行集成故障诊断的策略,确定了推理流程,完成了系统的开发,通过联机测试进行了系统验证.

Abstract:In order to quickly and accurately implement the diagnosis of faults for high-speed cigarette-making machine, the reasoning algorithms, such as Rule-Based Reasoning(RBR), Case-Based Reasoning(CBR)and Artificial Neural Network(ANN) were studied, considering the complicated characteristics of the faults. The strategy that faults were classified by the tree structure and the fault location in the tree structure was accomplished by serial mixed reasoning, and that the diagnostic method of faults was integrated with RBR, CBR and ANN was proposed. Therefore, the reasoning process was ascertained. The expert system was developed, which was verified through online testing.
