脉冲磁化处理对刀具耐磨性能影响的试验。

摘    要:通过现场正交优化试验,对经过脉冲磁化处理的硬质合金及高速钢刀具的耐磨性能进行了研究。结果表明:脉冲磁化处理能够提高硬质合金及高速钢刀具的耐磨性能,可以显著地提高硬质合金及高速钢刀具的使用寿命。在影响处理效果的因素中,磁场强度最大,频率次之。

Abstract:An experimental study on the wear of pulse magnetized cemented carbide and high speed steel tools has been carried out according to the orthogonal design scheme. The results show that pulse magnetization can improve the wear resistance of these materials and increase the lifetime of the tools made of these materials. Among the factors affecting the effect of the treatment, magnetic field density is the most remarkable one, with the frequency comes second.
