摘    要:气举反循环技术已广泛应用于地热、水井、地质勘探等领域,表现出了良好的防漏效果。将气举反循环技术应用到石油钻井中,可有效降低浅表易漏地层的漏失风险,实现钻井提速提效的目的。从设备配套与工艺流程角度评价了气举反循环技术与石油钻井技术的差异性,优化了配套设备,设计了正反循环切换系统;并开展了现场试验。试验结果验证了该技术在石油钻井领域的适用性,为气举反循环技术在石油钻井中的推广应用奠定基础。

Abstract:Air-lift reverse circulation drilling technology has been widely applied in the field of geothermal wells, water well and geological exploration well drilling, which showed good lost circulation prevention effect. The application of air-lift reverse circulation technology in petroleum drilling, which can effectively reduce lost circulation risk in shallow surface formation, and raise drilling speed and efficiency. In this paper, the difference between air-lift reverse circulation drilling technology and petroleum drilling technology is evaluated from the view of equipment matching and technological process, the matching equipment is optimized, the switchable system is designed between normal circulation and reverse circulation, and the field experiment is carried out. The experimental results verified the applicability of the air-lift reverse circulation technology in petroleum drilling, and established the foundation for the application of air-lift reverse circulation drilling technology in petroleum drilling operation.
