摘    要:通过吸附率的测定,研究了菌悬浮液浓度、作用时间、作用温度、菌液初始pH值对Rhodotorula rubra(R.rubra)吸附锡石和石英砂的影响,并通过表面电位和红外图普分析探究选择性吸附的机理。研究结果表明:R.rubra能有效选择性地吸附锡石,菌液初始p H值对吸附起主要作用,当pH在4~5之间时R.rubra对锡石的吸附率80%以上,最大吸附率为83.97%;而对石英砂的吸附率在10%以下,最低仅为4.87%,有利于选择性吸附的进行;表面电位和红外普分析发现,R.rubra对锡石和石英砂的吸附是静电力和化学键共同作用的结果,R.rubra表面的官能团与锡石中的Sn位点发生了化学作用。

The study of selective adsorption of Rhodotorula rubra on cassiterite and quratz
Abstract:In this paper, the effects of bacteria suspension concentration, interaction time, interaction temperature and microbial initial pH on Rhodotorula rubra(R.rubra) adsorbing cassiterite and quartz are studied by measuring the adsorption rate. The mechanism of selective adsorption is also explored by analysing zeta-potential and infrared spectrogram. The results show that R.rubra can selective adsorb cassiterite effectively. Microbial initial pH plays a major influence on the adsorption. It is conducive to selective adsorption when the adsorption rate of R.rubra on cassiterite is more than 80% and the rate on quartz is below 10% with pH = 4-5, the maximum adsorption rate of cassiterite was 83.97%, while the minimum adsorption rate of quartz is only 4.87%. It is found that the selective adsorption of R.rubra on cassiterite and quartz is resulted from the electrostatic force and the chemical bond by analysing zeta-potential and infrared spectrogram. Also there are chemical reactions between some functional groups on the surface of the R.rubra and Sn of cassiterite.
