牙龈血流监测系统研究

摘    要:近年来,由于口腔疾病引起的口腔软组织缺损病例越来越备受关注。目前,用来监测组织血流的方法主要有激光多普勒血流监测法和近红外光谱法,但二者均不适用于口腔牙龈黏膜的测量。针对这种问题,设计一种口腔黏膜检测仪,以STM32F405为控制单元,通过反射式血氧传感器实时采集信号,处理、分析获取脉率和血氧饱和度。测量的数据通过蓝牙连接到数据中转设备,经由因特网上传至服务器。

Abstract:In recent years, the oral soft tissue defects cases caused by oral disease are increasing much attention. Currently the methods used to monitor blood flow include Laser Doppler monitoring and Near Infrared Spectroscopy. But both are not suitable for measuring of the oral mucosa. Aiming at this problems, a kind of oral mucosa detector was proposed. The signal collected by reflective oxygen sensor processing and analyzing functions were realized through ARM microprocessor STM32F405. The pulse rate and surplus pulse O2 could be provided by the device. Data could be sent to data transfer devices through Bluetooth and then transferred to the server through Internet.
