| Abstract: | Automobiles in Wuhan will be fixed with catalytic converter forced before the end of thisyear by a newly-born Law. It becomes quite urgent to produce and provide native products forlocal market. Certainly it will help to set up and promote a new and massive scale market of highscience and technology environment product industry which will produce beneficial socialeconomical profits. |
