摘    要:研究了窄脉冲探头的设计与制造工艺、探头与探伤仪的匹配以及斜楔形状和尺寸的设计,从而获得一种灵敏度高、分辨率好、信噪比高和定位比较准确的窄脉冲纵波斜探头,适用于较厚的奥氏体不锈钢焊缝的超声波检测

Abstract:The design and manufacturing processes of the narrow-pulse probe, matching between the probe and the instrument as well as design of the shape and size of the wedge were studied. A broadband longitudinal wave angle probe is obtained, whicah has high sensitivity, high resolution, high S/N ratio and accuracy of flaw-location. It is suitable for ulirasonic inspection of austenitic stainless steel welds.
