高等学校毕业生就业问题研究

摘    要:分析了导致大学生就业难的原因,主要是大学毕业生人数增多;就业市场需求平稳;一些用人单位骋用标准盲目攀高;供求结构不平衡矛盾突出;教学质量、人才培养模式及就业工作滞后于社会发展;大学毕业生素质及择业观念与社会需要相脱离.针对这些问题,从高校如何加强毕业生就业工作角度提出了一系列应对措施.如:转变观念,提高认识,加强领导,创建毕业生就业工作全员参与的意识和氛围;深化教学改革,调整专业设置,推进素质教育,努力培养高质量、有特色的人才等.

Abstract:The writer analyzed the reasons that lead to the difficulty of the undergraduates' employment. It mainly includes: the increase of the undergraduate; the stability of demand in employment market; the blind high - employing standard in some work units that need human resources; the severity of the conflict of the teaching quality, the pattern of cultivating students and the job of employment compared with the social development; the inconsis-tence between the undergraduates' quality as well as their consciousness of choosing jobs and the social demand. In connection with these problems, a series of reply steps were put forward from the angle of reinforcing the job of employment in colleges and universities, such as changing the consciousness, improving the understanding, strengthening the leadership, creating the consciousness and atmosphere of all being involved in the job of undergraduates employment; deepening the education reform, regulating the arrangement of majors, promoting the quality education and trying to cultivate high - quality students with characteristics.
