高等学校毕业生就业问题研究

分析了导致大学生就业难的原因，主要是大学毕业生人数增多；就业市场需求平稳；一些用人单位骋用标准盲目攀高；供求结构不平衡矛盾突出；教学质量、人才培养模式及就业工作滞后于社会发展；大学毕业生素质及择业观念与社会需要相脱离．针对这些问题，从高校如何加强毕业生就业工作角度提出了一系列应对措施．如：转变观念，提高认识，加强领导，创建毕业生就业工作全员参与的意识和氛围；深化教学改革，调整专业设置，推进素质教育，努力培养高质量、有特色的人才等．
