聚醚砜中空纤维纳滤膜的电解质溶液分离特性

摘    要:以扩展的Nemst-Planck方程的DSPM模型为基础,通过计算机拟合简单电解质(LiCl,NaCl和KCl)分离实验的数据,获得聚醚砜中空纤维复合纳滤膜的3个特征参数:孔径、膜厚和膜内电荷密度.利用该3个参数对一价盐电解质分离过程进行模拟计算,纳滤膜对电解质截留率R的模拟结果与实验结果较吻合.

Abstract:Based on DSPM model on the extended Nernst-Planck equation,the interpretation of experimental data obtained by computer simulation for the rejection of three salts having common co-ion(LiCl,NaCl,KCl) was made,and the three characterization parameters,i.e.,the effective pore radius,the effective thickness and the effective charge density of the PES nanofiltration membrane were obtained.The results of rejection of nanofiltration process to electrolytes are in accordance with the experimental ones.
