光子电磁场测量研究新进展

摘    要:本文回顾了近年来光子电磁场测量技术的一些新进展,主要讨论了基于Y型定向耦合器的高动态范围的电磁场测量技术,基于带有圆孔的高介电常数材料的探针型电磁场测量技术,全介质的电磁场测量技术,基于缝隙天线阵列的准相位匹配的电磁场测量技术,以及基于锥形天线阵列的准相位匹配的电磁场测量技术。分别给出了每种装置的测量原理,并且介绍了部分测试方法并且给出其灵敏度曲线。特别关其注测量原理及技术性能。

Abstract:in this paper, some new prngresses in photonic electromagnetic measurement techniques in recent years are reviewed, focusing on: high dynamic range electromagnetic field measurement teclmique based ou the Y-type directional coupler, the eleetromagnetic field measurement techuique hased on the high-permittivity material with a circular hole of the prnbe type, the eleetromagnetic fieht measurement technique hased on all-dielectric material,the electromagnetic fieht measurement teclmique based on quasi-phase-matching array of patch antennas with gap, as well as the electromagnetic fieht measurement technique based on quasi-phase-matching array of tapered antenna, and paying special attention to the measuring principle and related technical perfurmance.
