光子电磁场测量研究新进展

本文回顾了近年来光子电磁场测量技术的一些新进展,主要讨论了基于Y型定向耦合器的高动态范围的电磁场测量技术,基于带有圆孔的高介电常数材料的探针型电磁场测量技术,全介质的电磁场测量技术,基于缝隙天线阵列的准相位匹配的电磁场测量技术,以及基于锥形天线阵列的准相位匹配的电磁场测量技术。分别给出了每种装置的测量原理,并且介绍了部分测试方法并且给出其灵敏度曲线。特别关其注测量原理及技术性能。

New Progresses in Photonic Electromagnetic Measurement Techniques

in this paper, some new prngresses in photonic electromagnetic measurement techniques in recent years are reviewed, focusing on： high dynamic range electromagnetic field measurement teclmique based ou the Y-type directional coupler, the eleetromagnetic field measurement techuique hased on the high-permittivity material with a circular hole of the prnbe type, the eleetromagnetic fieht measurement technique hased on all-dielectric material,the electromagnetic fieht measurement teclmique based on quasi-phase-matching array of patch antennas with gap, as well as the electromagnetic fieht measurement technique based on quasi-phase-matching array of tapered antenna, and paying special attention to the measuring principle and related technical perfurmance.
