添加剂强化石灰石湿法脱硫研究进展

摘    要:目前,SO2仍然是我国危害最大的气体之一,在湿法脱硫工艺中,石灰石法由于其优点突出,一直是国内外应用最为广泛的脱硫工艺。向石灰石浆液中加入某些无机或者有机添加剂,可以缓解溶液pH变化,提高吸收剂的反应活性,防止结垢等从而提高了二氧化硫的脱除率。可以将所研究的添加剂大体分为无机和有机两种,另外,近来比较多的还有复合添加剂的研究。且有关石灰石脱硫添加剂的研究已经越来越成熟,不论是有机还是无机,但是对复合添加的研究仍有很高的价值。

Abstract:SO2 is still one of the of the most harmful gases in wet FGD process, limestone Act prominent because of its advantages, has beenat home and abroad the most widely used desulfurization process. Certain inorganic or organic additives added to the limestone slurry, it is possible to alleviate the pH variation of the solution, to enhance the reactivity of the absorbent, to prevent fouling, thereby increasing the rate of removal of sulfur dioxide. The studied additives can be roughly divided into two kinds of inorganic and organic addition, more recently there Composite additives. And limestone FGD additives research has become inereasingly mature, whether organic or inorganic, but research is still very high composite added value.
