| 摘 要： | 在我国农村基础设施建设中,PPP模式运用的时间不长,规模也有限,其中存在例如政府职能不明、权责不清,私营部门的参与积极性不高等问题。鉴于此,本文提出了制定、完善法律法规,使PPP模式在农村基础设施建设运作中有章可循等五项对策。

| Abstract: | In the construction of rural infrastructure in China, PPP model of time is not long, and limited scale. There are such as government function is unknown, unclear responsibilities, private sector participation enthusiasm not higher question. In view of this, this paper puts forward to develop, improve laws and regulations, make PPP model in rural infrastructure construction in the operation of rule-based five countermeasures. |
