一种机车霍尔电流传感器的研究与设计

摘    要:现有机车车辆段的电流检测多使用零磁通式霍尔电流传感器,为了解决该传感器受环境温度影响大,线性度低等缺点,设计了一种温度特性较好的高性能霍尔电流传感器,由坡莫合金材料的圆环磁芯以及具有温度补偿功能的信号调理电路组成。实验测试表明,该电流传感器的总精度在0.8%之内,具有高达150kHz的频带宽度,不超过0.5mA的零点偏移电流以及不高于2.5%的输出电流温度漂移等性能。

Abstract:The detection of train current is based on zero-flux hall current sensor.In order to decrease the thermal drift and improve the dynamic test range and linearity,a high precisely hall current sensor is designed and implemented with specially designed permalloy coil and circuits. Experiment results indicate that the total precision is within 0.8%, the bandwidth is up to 150kHz,the offset current is less than 0.5mA and the thermal drift of output current is less than 3%.The new designed current sensor meets the demand of current detection.
