摘    要:用一种新的基于轮廓形状分析的工程图识别方法,可有效地处理段线、模糊线、字线粘连等多种退化图纸的情况,既可以精确获得线的逼近,也可抽取图纸的整体图形结构针对工程图的特性给出了局部图像特征的数学描述,并将其作为区域分类的特征依据扫描图像的三层中间描述用于低质量图纸的识别,基于轮廓曲率的一种直线抽取技术用作这种中间描述

Abstract:A new recognition method of the engineering drawing based on the contour shape analysis can efficiently work while dealing with the degraded drawings with a lot of line breaks and characters touching to a line.This method can obtain accurate line approximation and extract the complete graphics structure .The mathmatic feature description of the local image is also supplied according to the characteristics of the engineering drawings,and is used as the fundation of the area classification.The three intermediate description of the original image is used for the lower-quality drawing recognition,and a line extraction technique based on the contour curvature has been developed for this intermediate description.
