| 摘 要： | 经济民主是近几年来引起广泛关注的一种新概念。经济民主包括经济自由，经济平等，经济合作、参与和利益共享三方面内容。公司是经济民主的产物，经济民主在完善公司治理方面有重要的作用，是实现市场主体经济自由．保证公司权力合理配置，促进公司提高经营效率，维护经营安全的方式和手段。我国公司治理对经济民主反映不足，因此，按照经济民主的要求完善《公司法》势在必行。

| Abstract: | Economic democracy,which includes economic freedom,equality,cooperation etc.,is a new concept widely noticed in recent years.A company is the product of economic democracy and plays an important role in company management and perfection.Economic democracy is the method to realize market economy freedom,guarantee company' s reasonable rights,promote business efficiency,etc.The company management in our country doesn' t reflect economic democracy.Therefore,it is necessary to perfect the company law according to the requirement of economic democracy. |
