大学生成就动机与专业承诺关系的研究

采用大学生专业承诺量表、成就动机量表对400名在校大学生进行调查。结果:大学生避免失败的动机在性别上存在显著差异,其中女生显著高于男生;大学生成就动机、避免失败动机在年级上差异显著;性别与年级的交互作用对避免失败动机有显著影响;大学生专业承诺中规范承诺和继续承诺维度存在显著性别差异;大学生专业承诺各维度在年级上差异显著;避免失败的动机与大学生理想承诺得分显著负相关(p<0.01),追求成功的动机与专业承诺的四个维度都存在显著正相关(P<0.01);大学生追求成功的动机对专业承诺及各维度有显著回归效应。
