| 摘 要： | 为解决吉林省信息化发展不平衡，信息产业结构相对不合理，高素质信息化人才相对缺乏，人才流失严重等问题，从宏观调控、技术引进、人才培养、建立合理机制等方面入手，提出了解决对策，制定了科学信息发展规划。充分发挥政府、企业、个人多方面的作用,利用信息化提升和改造传统产业,实现吉林省经济的腾飞。
