| 摘 要： | 应用可持续发展理论，分析影响城市水利可持续发展评价的影响因素．利用层次分析法，建立了城市水利可持续发展评价模型，给出城市水利可持续发展的评判方法．对淮安市的城市水利现状进行评价，提出淮安市城市水利可持续发展的对策．

Evaluation system model for sustainable development of urban water resources and its application |

| Abstract: | Factors affecting the evaluation of sustainable development of urban water resources are analyzed based on the theory of sustainable development. An estimation model and judgement method are developed for sustainable development of urban water resources by use of the hierarchic analysis method. With the model, the present situation of water resources of Huaian City is evaluated, and some countermeasures are proposed for sustainable development of urban water resources of Huaian City. |
