摘    要:采用静电离子色谱法(EIC),在ODS载体上涂覆胆汁酸诱导体胶束(CHAPS)进行阴离子和阳离子的同时分离.以示差析光检测器检测,分别以纯水、碳酸盐、磷酸盐和十二烷基磺酸盐电解质溶液为流动相,探讨Na2SO4和NaBr,Na2S2O3,NaF和NaNO3,NaNO3和KNO3各离子对的分离条件和分离效率,以及静态磁场对静电离子色谱的保留时间和分离效率的影响

Abstract:A single reversed phase ODS column coated with conjugated bile acid salt micelles(CHAPS) was investigated for simultaneous separation of inorganic cations and anions by electrostatic ion chromatography(EIC). The detector of refactometry was connected on line to the EIC. Pure water and the electrolytic solutions were respectively used as the mobile phase to separate NaBr and Na 2SO 4, Na 2S 2O 4, NaF and NaNO 3, NaNO 3 and KNO 3. The separation efficiency and retention time of EIC in magnetic field was also studied.
