摘    要:本文用亚硝酸乙酯与2-丁酮缩合制备双乙酰-肟。由于肟的水解反应为可逆反应,本文拟定了双乙酰-肟边水解边蒸馏新工艺,结果表明,该工艺较传统的先水解后蒸馏的双乙酰合成法重量收率提高8%左右。本文还对双乙酰-肟水解的可能机理提出了建议。

Abstract:Ethyl nitrite and 2-butanone are condensed to give diacetyl monooxime,which canbe hydrolysed to form diacetyl.Since the hydrolysis of oxime is reversable,to shift the cquilibrium inthe direction of diacetyl formation,distillation is employed while hydrolysis is proceeded.Compared withtradational method,by which the hydrolysis is performed first,then the product distilled,the yield ofdiacetyl is increased by about 8%.The possible mechanism of the hydrolysis of diacetyl monooxime isalso proposed.
