| 摘 要： | 当前我国自然保护区的数量正呈现出逐年增长的趋势，同时随着生态旅游业和科学研究等活动的开展，自然保护区的管理机制不健全、维护资金投入过少、管理人员分配不合理、开发过度等问题逐步突显出来。本文总结了前人研究的部分成果，并提出一些个人的看法和建议，旨在完善自然保护区的管理模式，提高其社会、经济以及生态效益。

| Abstract: | Recently the number of nature reserves in China is increasing year after year. Along with the development of ecological tourism and scientific research, many problems emerge gradually, including unsound management mech- anism of nature reserves, short of maintenance funds, unbalance of management personnel allocation and overexploita- tion. This paper summarizes some results of previous studies and puts forward some views and suggestions, in order to improve the management of nature reserves as well as their social, economic and ecological benefits. |
