| 摘 要： | 为了解福建省生产上正在推广的12种马尾松品系对松材线虫Bursaphelonchus xylophilus（Steiner et Buhrer）NicHe的抗病情况，选用厦门岛内分离的松材线虫虫株进行人工皮接法接种试验，并对不同马尾松品系进行生长性状测定。结果表明，G、A、I为抗病品系，且生长性状表现良好，可以进行小面积造林，通过进一步野外测定后再进行大面积推广造林。

| Abstract: | In order to understand disease-resistance of 12 kinds of pinus massonlana stranins to Bursaphelenchus xylophilus, inoculation test were conducted by B. xylophilus in Xiamen. The results showed that G、A、I were resistant strains and their growth trait performed well, which can be widely popularized and applied after field test. |
