微裂纹取向对金属断裂过程的影响

摘    要:用非平衡统计方法研究了微裂纹随机取向对金属断裂过程中统计特性的影响.结果发现,微裂纹取向的随机性使金属的许多性质发生了变化.例如:可靠性增大、寿命变长及平均断裂强度增大等.

Abstract:The effects of random orientation of microcracks upon the statisical properties of metallic fracture process are studied on the basis of nonequilibrium statistical concepts and methods. Compared with the simplified model of orientation for microcracks, random orientation leads to many changes in various properties of metals such as higher reliability, longer lifetime and a larger fracture strength.
