溶胶—凝胶工艺制备PZT陶瓷中固相反应的研究

摘    要:本文采用丁醇钛,自制乙醇锆、醋酸铅为原料成功地制备出了高纯度的微粒的PZT粉料,并运用DLA XRD和IR等手段对Sol—Gel方法制备PZT粉料的固相反应进行了研究。结果表明:PZT凝胶粉沫可一步生成PZT晶相,而用传统氧化物方法制备PZT粉料的固相反应需分开才能完成,同时,本文还对这一现象的主要原因进行了分析。

Abstract:PZT powders have been successfully prepared by Sol-GO method from Titanium butoxide and Zirconivm ethoxides and andydrous Lead acetate with high p.;re arid ultrafine. Solid - state reactions have been investigatied by means of DTA,XKD and 1R. Experiment results indicated that the forma tion of PZT by Sol-Gel method was shown to be a one - step process. It is very different than that of conventional method in whicr the formation of PZT was shown to be a three-step process. The main reason will be explained in this paper.
