空化及其在杀菌中的应用

摘    要:空化是一种非常复杂的现象,空化能够产生极高的瞬时压强与温度,从而能够带来众多的应用,但超声空化用于杀菌却仅仅停留在实验室研究阶段,超声杀菌的处理量是比较少的。描述了超声及水力空化杀菌机理,进行了不同条件下超声和水力空化杀菌实验。结果表明,超声空化与水力空化都有很好的杀菌效果,水力空化的处理量要比超声空化处理量大。
