| Abstract: | In IT project schedule control,subjectively,several works need to be done including the work breakdown structure and responsibility matrix,establishment of a network plan,preparation of construction material,work records and interpersonal coordination.Objectively,the changes of the project scope,weather effects,customer support,construction and other aspects of the work are also considered. |
